ln consideration of your signing the above Bank Guarantee for Tk. «Dis_BG_Amount_» (Taka «Inword») only, we undertake to held you indemnity and harmless against any manner of claims, damages or costs arising under the saidguarantee. ln the event of your demand to call upon to pay «In_Favour_of» the amount of Tk. «Dis_BG_Amount_»(Taka «Inword» ) only or any part thereof in terms of the guarantee executed by you in their favour, you shall be deemed entitled to pay the amount to the same without any reference to us. Your statement to the effect that such a payment have made by you under the guarantee referred to therein, shall be conclusively and binding on us without any proof being called upon.

ln the event of failing to discharge our liabilities to you under this indemnity you shall be entitled to exercise your lien on the balances in our accounts maintained with your

branch or other branch of your Bank or monies, shares, securities belonging to us which may be held by you which may come to your hands as our bankers and appropriate the same to the extent of the amount Tk. «Dis_BG_Amount_»(Taka «Inword») only lowers our liabilities under this indemnity.

This indemnity shall be continuing security binding on us and shall remain in force from today.
