( Taka. THIRTEEN CRORE ONLY) Allowed to me/us by you in the name of M/s JOY TRADE INTERNATIONAL I/We hereby undertake to pay an instalment of Tk, 4,981/= ( Taka Four Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty One) towards the adjustment of the said investment'

               I/We have clearly understood that amount of investment outstanding against the aforesaid account sanctioned by you may be recalled at any time by giving due notice if instalments as undertaken by me/us are not paid in regularly.
